Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom):
We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked 24 for UK deliveries. Parcels usually arrive within 1-5 working days, but can take up to 10 working days in rare cases. You can track your parcel with the tracking number we provide. Please check your junk folder for this information.
International Shipping:
For international orders, shipping usually takes 3-10 business days. However, some countries may experience longer delays due to customs. If you have questions, please email us. You can track your shipments using the tracking number we provide.
Contacting Us:
Please wait until the specified time above has passed before contacting us about your order. We can't assist until then.
Untracked Shipping:
If you choose untracked shipping, please note that your item is not insured. If it gets lost in transit, we cannot replace it nor can Royal Mail. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping option for your security.
Disclaimer:
Make sure all shipping details, especially the recipient's address, are correct. Any mistakes regarding the address are your responsibility. If there’s an error, the courier may return the package to us, which can take up to 28 days. You will need to pay for reshipping once it arrives back with us. You can track your returned parcel by using the tracking number, which will show it as “delivered back to the sender.” Only after it is returned back to the sender, email us to arrange a payment and provide your new address.
Important note: Royal Mail isn't obligated to return packages, and we can't be held responsible if they don't. Typically, they'll attempt delivery twice before returning a parcel to us. Also, keep in mind that Royal Mail often uses digital tracking updates instead of leaving physical cards, so look out for scan updates on your tracking instead. Every contact with your parcel will be scanned.
If we don't hear from you about a returned parcel within 7 working days, we will dispose of it without further notice.
