We utilize Royal Mail First Class Tracked 24 service for domestic shipping. This service ensures that parcels are delivered within 1-5 working days. However, on rare occasions, delivery may take up to 10 working days. Customers can track their parcels using the provided tracking number. We recommend checking junk folders for the tracking information.
International Shipping:
For international customers, shipping takes 3-10 business days to most countries. However, delivery to some countries may take longer due to customs control systems. Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking number.
Contacting Us:
We kindly ask customers to only contact us after the specified time guidelines have passed. We are unable to investigate or provide assistance before that period.
Untracked Shipping:
Please note that if you opt for untracked shipping, your item is not insured. In the rare event that the item is lost in transit, we cannot provide a replacement. Therefore, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for added security.
Disclaimer:
It is important to ensure that all shipping details, including the recipient's address, are accurate. Any misspellings or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of such errors, the customer must repay for shipping. Additionally, please be aware that Royal Mail does not always return packages to us in the event of an address error. If a customer does not contact us regarding a parcel which has been returned back to us due to a address error we will destroy in after 10 working days.
