If your item is damaged, please let us know with an image and order number immediately by emailing us at supoort@sukoonco.com

If you believe that an item in your order is faulty, please notify us within 28 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any claims of faulty goods after this period. All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch, and we kindly ask that you carefully examine your items upon receipt. Any issues should be reported to us within the specified time frame so that we can promptly address any concerns.

We don't accept returns on any personalised items, except if there's a mistake with the personalisation. If so, send us a picture via email and we'll send a replacement right away

To initiate a return, email us at support@sukoonco.com with your order details. Once acknowledged, you can proceed with the return.
