Refund policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality. However, in the rare event that you encounter an issue, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the matter please, send us an image along with your order number by emailing support@sukoonco.com. 

We will not accept claims of faulty goods after this period. We kindly ask that you carefully examine your items upon receipt and report any issues within the specified time frame so that we can promptly address your concerns.

Personalised Items:

We do not accept returns on personalised items, if there is an error on our part with your personalised item. In such cases, we will send a replacement immediately, but no refunds will be issued.

General Items:

Everything we sell is non-refundable. Refunds are at the company’s discretion. If a refund is granted, you will be responsible for covering the postage costs. Postage fees are non-refundable. The return address will be provided to you via email once your refund request has been approved.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable service for your return. Please retain your proof of postage in case we do not receive the returned item.
