How long does delivery take?
We at Sukoonco.com aim to process and dispatch all orders in up to a 1-4 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, however please note Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery the next day, they simply aim to deliver a first class parcel within 1-5 business days but can take up to 10 working days as a maximum.
You will receive a tracking number with all first class post.
Please note first class post does not give you journey tracking information. Royal Mail First class post will provide proof of delivery by scanning your parcel upon delivery with GPS coordinates. 
Once your parcel has left us, it is out of our control and is in the hands of the courier service. Please allow the maximum time below before contacting us. 
An automated message will be sent to you via email/ text once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
 
How can I get a refund on my order, I have made a mistake?
A refund can be processed within the first 2 hours of placing your order only. The first part of your order is processed almost immediately therefore after a 2 hour grace period we will not issue any refunds under any circumstances. Please note there is a charge of £1 admin fee for a refund to be issued.

Can I make adjustment to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our work we dont accept adjustments of any kind, please check your order thoroughly. We have a tick box disclaimer page which you must tick before you are taken to the payment page, this disclaimer tick box asks you to ensure all your details are correct including the shipping details. Once the box is ticked, you have committed to the order being absolute and no adjustment can be made thereafter.

What is the character limit on the footer?
Footer - Please only enter names. We will not print any sentences/quotes.
If you would like to use a quote or message on the footer please select “ create my own bookmark” on the home page.

Which items am I not able to return?
All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund. If an error has been made on our part, we will issue a replacement for your item. 

I have not received an email confirmation, what should I do?
Confirmation is emailed as soon as an order is placed, be sure to check your junk or spam inbox as they can sneak into the wrong inbox. Confirmation & despatch emails are automated and generally sent by our system within minutes of you placing your order. One of the main reasons you may have not received an email is because the email address/number you have entered maybe incorrect. Otherwise please contact our fantastic customer care team if you require further assistance. 

My order has arrived wrong, what should I do?
All our beautiful items are created by our skilled team of makers and engravers, though human error can happen from time to time. Contact our customer team with an image of the error along with an image and customer care team will resolve this for you promptly 

Questions relating to packaging?

The Quran markers come complete with a gift wrapping service which includes a custom box and ribbon, gift bags need to be purchased separately. The keychains gift packaging is not complimentary and needs to be purchased separately. Keychain gift wrapping price includes a branded box, a velvet pouch to store your keyring, a gift tag and a gift bag. If you decide not to purchase the keychain packaging the item will come in a complimentary black basic organza pouch with a gift tag. 

Can the battery be replaced in the Tasbeeh counters? 

Unfortunately, the battery cannot be replaced for the Pine and Mahogany Counters, a battery can only be replaced for the Blue, Black and White counters. They have a long life span and all counters have a automatic battery saving shut down mode. Ie they shut down when they are not in use to preserve the battery.

 
Will my order be advertised on Social Media?
Yes , we randomly take Images of customer orders throughout our working day. Some make it to our social-media feed and website and some don't. we reserve the right to all images and quotes that are designed by us or sent in by the customer however if you are concerned about the privacy of an item, you can email us before placing your order and we will not photograph the item and will not publish it , however please note this needs to be discussed before placing an order.
